Meet The Team
Matt has worked as an estate agent in Eastbourne for over 15 years now and therefore he too has a wealth of experience. He worked alongside Steve for many years (where he was the top salesperson!) before they were fortunate enough to be able to start Home Sweet Home together in the summer of 2004. This was later followed by the successful launch of Home Sweet Home Lettings in 2006.
Matt's qualities are his ability to listen and take the time to understand people's needs. In addition to viewings and valuations Matt takes care of the majority of property maintenance issues and internal accounting. Matt lives locally and is proud father to his son, who is currently signed to the youth department of a major Premiership Football club! Outside of work most of Matt's time is spent watching his son play football and walking his dog Leo.
